The demand for speedy reviews of subcontractors and vendor COIs was becoming critical. The firm needed to have reviews completed on their dedicated resources in 48 hours.

A 2 day expedited service SLA and DRM Model (Designated Resource Model)

When the time came for the home builder came to find a reputable software organization to track their ever-growing list of subcontractors, they chose Ebix. They began working with Ebix in 2009 and were placed on the Ebix DRM service model. The DRM model is for accounts that require a Designated Service Consultant due to the workload and sophistication of the requirements/procedures involved including, but not limited to, a 48 hour SLA (Service Level Agreement). The norm for accounts is a 3-5 day SLA. The Ebix Service Consultant works directly with the Risk Managers to ensure that subcontractor compliance is met.

Ebix has maintained a consistently higher SLA and in June of 2016, we reached 94% for over the 1,000 documents validated. Ebix is proud of its long standing relationship and is looking forward to servicing for many more years to come.
